The Amplifier Research 50A220 is a 50 Watt Broadband RF Power Amplifier designed for use from 10 kHz to 220 MHz.
The 50A220 is a self-contained unit designed for laboratory applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and moderate power output are required. Utilization of push-pull MOSFET circuitry lowers distortion, improves stability and allows operation into any load impedance without damage.
The 50A220, when used with an RF sweep generator, will provide a minimum of 50 watts of swept power across the intended operating range.
