Anritsu 63NF50 Overview
The Wiltron 63NF50 VSWR Autotester is an integrated VSWR bridge containing a built-in reference termination and detector. It operates over a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz. The 63NF50 features a 40 dB directivity, a 6.5 dB insertion loss, and a type N(f) test port. The 63NF50 is ideal for swept or fixed frequency return loss testing of rf systems and components.
