Anritsu 69347B Ultra Low Noise Synthesized High Performance Signal Generator, 10 MHz to 20 GHz. The Anritsu 68C/69B series are your best choice for A.T.E. applications. They pack the highest performance available in a single 13.3 cm package to minimize rack space. High output power assures adequate signal strength to the device under test even after A.T.E. switching and cabling losses.

- 01 Rackmount
- 2A 110 dB Step Attenuator. Adds a 10 dB per step attenuator with a 110 dB range for models having a high-end frequency of 20 GHz. Output power is selected directly in dBm on the front panel (or via GPIB). Rated output power is reduced.
- 9K Rear panel RF output - Moves the RF output connector to the rear panel.
- 15B High power output - Adds high-power RF components to the instrument providing increased RF output power in the 2–20 GHz frequency range. Option 15B is standard in models having a high-end frequency that is >40 GHz.
- 21B Digital down converter. Replaces the standard
Analog Down Converter (0.01 to 2.0 GHz) with a Digital Down
Converter (0.01 to 2.2 GHz).
