Designed for the measurements required in UL and CSA approval testing, this instrument will supply 0-5000 V AC. Voltage is continuously variable with positive manual reset. Power output is 25 VA continuios. Has secondary metering and auditable as well as visual indicators. Leakage can be continuiously adjusted from 0.5 mA to 5 mA. Includes a protective case with carrying handle.
