- Frequency sweep is available from 262kHz to 98MHz with markers available at 10.7 & 98 MHz

- RF attenuator has 13 steps of 10 dB/step & a variable 13 dB attenuator
- RF output can be phase-locked to an internal temperature controlled crystal reference oscillator for extreme stability
- Internal & external AM & FM modulation
The Boonton 103D FM/AM Signal Generator has a frequency range from 0.125 to 175MHz in 11 bands, 6-digit digital readout & accuracy ±(resolution + 1 ppm).
