The Com-Power BP 950 The Ball Pressure Apparatus is used to test thermoplastic parts which have parts at hazardous voltages mounted on it. The abnormal heat test is conducted per IEC 950 paragraph 5.4.10.
The BP-950 is used to determine precisely the mechanical strength of such thermoplastic parts 10º C above the applicable temperature.
