The Fluke TL28A is Automotive Test Leads with long leads and a piercing probe and solid, spring-loaded copper clips with a wide 12.7 mm (.50") jaw opening and serrated teeth.
The TL28A large piercing needles are for penetrating larger gauge wires, and the flexible silicone insulated leads are heat and cold resistant.
