The Agilent HP 11655A Impedance Probe Kit makes possible swept accurate complex impedance measurements over the wide impedance range 0.1 ohm to >10 kohm.
The design allows effective elimination of all reactive parasitics of the probe so that open curcuit impedance appears simply as a 10 kohm resistor.
This unit is an accessory of the HP 8407A Network Analyzer.
