HP / Keysight / Agilent 213B Overview
The 213B Pulse Generator is an easy to use fast rise source for risetime and bandwidth determination. The 213B features positive/negative trigger selection and output selection with a <100 ps risetime. Output amplitude is > 175 mV into 50 ohms with an approximate 2 us width. Repetition rates up to 100 kHz.
