The Agilent HP 4470A Transistor Noise Analyzer makes available a wide range of transistor noise evaluation measurements in a single instrument. Providing narrow-band data at 11 frequencies from 10Hz to 1MHz, the unit measures Noise Figure (NF), noise voltage, and noise current.
