The Hp - Agilent 4960B Pair Identifier Office Unit used with the HP - Agilent 4961B Field Unit were designed to identify and test working and non-working telephone cable pairs. The 4960B is AC line operated and housed in a rugged case with an internal self-check mode to verify internal functioning.
