The Hp - Agilent 4961B Pair Identifier Field Unit used with the HP - Agilent 4960B Office Unit were designed to identify and test working and non-working telephone cable pairs. The 4961B is Battery operated and housed in a rugged case with an internal self-check mode to verify internal functioning.
