The 54200D 50MHz Logic Triggering Digitizing Oscilloscope is a scope that incorporates a dual 200 Megasample/second digitizer which allows 50MHz single-shot captures. Vertical sensitivity from 40 mV to 40 V full scale and a horizontal range from 50 ns to 10 sec full scale. Features not found in most scopes include pre-trigger viewing and automatic waveform measurements. Infinite variable persistence mode of storage and instant hard copy output plus programmable via the HP-IB interface make this a very versatile instrument.
