HP / Keysight / Agilent 8753D-K39 Overview
The 8753D Option K39 is a three-port extension box that mates with either the 8753C or the 8753D network analyzer or the 85046A test set. This extension box provides three test ports to allow the direct, full three-port testing of three-port devices. The 8753D Option K39 contains three solid-state switches, which allow it to make the following S-parameter measurements:
S11, S22, S33, S12, S13, S21, S23, S32, S31
The 8753D Option K39 uses type-N connectors for the test ports. The unit is controlled through the test set interconnect on the rear of the 8753C,D.
