HP / Keysight / Agilent E5023A Overview
The Agilent E5023A consists of the 1.5 Gbps (Option 415) or 2.6 Gbps (Option 426) electronics rack that is part of a HDD head test system. The other key component of this system is a spin stand such as the E5010C split axis or E5013A combined axis. The E5023A includes a number of purpose built VXI modules that have internal DSP capability in order to improve throughput and implement module level calibration. The system software and module firmware is typically upgraded monthly to add new system features. The modular construction promotes lower cost upgrades than replacing the complete electronics package.
