Tektronix 80E11X1 Overview
The 80E11X1 single channel, 70+ GHz bandwidth
sampling module. It provides the widest measurement
bandwidth and fastest rise time measurements with world class signal
fidelity. User-selectable bandwidth settings (70/60/40 GHz) enable optimal
noise/bandwidth trade-off. The 80E11X1 module can be used with the optional
2-meter extender cable, which ensures superior signal fidelity and
measurement flexibility.
