The CG5001 programmable oscilloscope calibration generator used for the calibration and verification of major oscilloscope parameters. It requires a TM500 or TM5000 series mainframe for operation.

- Low edge: 20 mV to 1 Vpp
- High edge: 1.2 to 100 V
- Markers: 10 ns to 5 s
- Slewed edge: 0.4 ns to 100 ns
- Trigger output: 1 V minimum into 50 ohms
- Timing reference output: any integral multiple of 1 MHz up to 5 MHz
