DC to 50 GHz bandwidth, 8.8 ps risetime. Max sample rate 200 kHz with record lengths to 5120 points. Single-ended and differential TDR and TDT testing with 0.01 ps timing resolution. Includes communications masks for FDDI, SDH/SONET. GPIB and RS-232C interfaces. Requires appropriate sampling heads.
