The Tektronix PS501-1, Used Power Supplies are designed to be used with a TM 500-Series Power Module (sold separately), the unit supplies DC Power from 0 to 20 V with up to 400 mA of current with better than 2 mV resolution (settability). Current limited and precise regulation are just some of the features the PS501-1 has to offer.
