Tektronix TSG90 Overview
The Tektronix TSG6 Multiburst Signal Generator Plug-In is designed to be used in the 1410-Series signal generators. Multiburst signal, controlled risetime burst packets, and last burst frequency variable are just some of the features. The Tektronix TSG6 also incorporates manual & field swept frequency signal to 20 MHz, markers for both frequency & amplitude reference, and full & reduced amplitude on all signals.
