Thermonics T-2420BV Overview
The T-2420BV temperature-forcing system performs temperature testing on semiconductors, hybrid circuits, and other components and assemblies over a temperature range from -10 C to 200 C. The system has a footprint of only 18 x 18 in., is 10 in. high, and weighs 50 lb. By employing the vortex principle to produce cold air, the need for costly LN2 or mechanical refrigeration is eliminated.
