Fluke 51 Overview
The Fluke 51 is a high quality, high performance, single-channel Digital Thermocouple Thermometer with 1C or 0.1C (1F or 0.2F) resolution. Resolution applies to entire measurement range of instrument. Functions include selectable readout in C or F, easily converted with the push of a button; self-test; and HOLD Mode, which freezes a reading for convenient viewing, then releases it for continued measurements.
