Keithley's 2499-DIGIO Digital I/O expansion module plugs onto the DB-9 connector of a SourceMeterTone instrument. It expands the three digital I/O lines of the SourceMeter to 16 lines. The SOT, EOT/BUSY, 5V, GND, and Interlock signals are passed through.
