Keysight / Agilent 5303B Overview

The 5303B Frequency Counter Module can be used with either the 5300A or 5300B mainframes. Channel A input measures from DC to 525MHz (CW or Burst) with 100 mV rms sensitivity to 500MHz. Channel B measures from 50Hz to 80MHz (CW or Burst) with sensitivity of 25 mV rms from 100Hz to 50MHz.
