The Scientific Atlanta 4651A Bit Error Rate Test Set is for use with the 4657 Error Rate Analyzer. Internal clock frequency of 44.736MHz; stability of ± 20 ppm. External clock frequency of 10MHz to 45MHz; amplitude of 1.0 V p-p. Generates six independent transmitter output signals which are available through the front panel DS3 OUTPUT connectors and are B3ZS encoded bipolar format.
