Available in 500, 300, and 100 MHz models and models with two or four channels, cursors, 29 automatic measurements, statistics, and waveform math, the DPO3000 series offers analytical solutions and exceptional performance in a 5.4" deep, 9 lb. package with a 9" WVGA widescreen display and knob-per-channel controls. Ease-of-use features include Wave Inspector®, e*Scope®, and TekVPI® probe interface, as well as USB 2.0 for data storage and direct PC control and plug-and-play connectivity.
