Tektronix TDS6124C Overview

TDS6000 Series digital storage oscilloscopes provide performance along with a complete feature set designed to address design validation, debug, and compliance challenges of next generation computer, datacom, and communications equipment. High bandwidth, high sample rate, and deep memory also provide a solution for data acquisition applications.

The TDS6000C DSOs provides acquisition architecture with 40 GS/s maximum sample rate and 64 Megasamples record length on two channels (20GS/s and 32 Megasamples on each of the four channels simultaneously), for the acquisition power users need. They provide the necessary combination of bandwidth, sample rate, and record length for the fastest signals. The TDS6124C provides true 12 GHz analog bandwidth for applications needing raw data capture.

The TDS6000C series of oscilloscopes also incorporate Pinpoint(TM) Triggering, Built-in Analysis Tools, Technology-Specific Software Solutions, OpenChoice(R) Analysis and Differential Probing with Performance to > 12 GHz to provide users a complete test solution.
