The Anritsu MP1652A Pulse Pattern Generator is used in combination with the Anritsu MP1653A Error Detector.
The amplitude of the clock and data signals can be varied from 0.5 to 2 Vp-p while the offset can be adjusted to within ±2 V.
This allows measurement of the amplitude and offset margin.
