The Agilent 10085A logic probe and termination adapter is for use with the 54621D, 54622D and 54645D Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes. This 16-channel logic probe is designed to make connecting to industry standard board headers easy. Perfect when using the Agilent 54645D in an automated test environment.
The 10085A includes a 2 m logic analyzer probe cable and a 01650-63203 termination adapter that provides the proper RC networks in a very convenient package. Three 20-pin, low profile, straight board connectors are also included.
