Agilent HP 16347A smu calibrator module provides a 10 ohm load on 4 smu's. The front side of the module has two BNCfemale twist lock connectors to monitor the 10 ohm load on each smu or connect to the smu.
There are also two bnc connectors for connection to the Gndu. On the module backside there are 5 triaxial and one bnc push on male connectors to connect to the system under test.
