HP / Keysight / Agilent 16347B Overview
Agilent HP 16347B smu calibrator module provides a 1K ohm load on 4 smu's. The front side of the module has two BNC female twist lock connectors to monitor the 1K ohm load on each smu or connect to the smu.
There are also two bnc connectors for connection to the Gndu. On the module backside there are 5 triaxial and one bnc push on male connectors to connect to the system under test.
