HP / Keysight / Agilent 16347D Overview
Agilent HP 16347D smu calibrator module provides a 10MEG ohm load on 4 smu's. The front side of the module has one BNC female twist lock connector to monitor the 100K ohm load on each smu or connect to the smu.
There is also one bnc connector for connection to the Gndu. On the module backside there are 5 triaxial and one bnc push on male connectors to connect to the system under test.
