Agilent HP 16347E smu calibrator module. The front side of the module has two bnc female twist lock connectors to monitor each smu or connect to the smu.
There is a 1G ohm resistor connected between smu1 and smu2 ,also between smu3 and smu4.On the module backside there are 5 triaxial push on male connectors to connect to the system under test.
