The Agilent HP 16515A is a used Master Timing Module which is a 16 channel, 1 GHz module for use with the model 16500A or B mainframe.
Specs: Measure precise timing relationships on high-speed TTL, ECL, and CMOS circuits with 1ns single-shot resolution. 8 kbits memory per channel. Features oscilloscope-like controls, easy to use, lightweight, 50©, 2pf passive probes and up to 80 channels per mainframe.
