The 1652B Logic Analyzer provides 80 channels of 25 MHz state or 100 MHz timing analysis. Built-in 3.5" floppy disk drive stores setups and measurement results. RS-232 interface allows printer connection for hard copy outputs. Microprocessor support with 10269C and 103XX probes. Also has a 400MSa/a/100MHz BW digitizing oscilloscope.
