The 214A High-Power Pulse Generator is well-proven and easy to use. With a wide range of amplitude (0.08 V to 100 V), source impedance is 50-ohms on 50 V and lower ranges; ~1500-ohms on the 100 V range. Internal Repetition rate from 10Hz to 1MHz (5 ranges) and External from DC to 1MHz, 15 ns transition time on the +50 V range. Some of the features include pulse delay/advance with vernier, positive or negative polarity, trigger input, trigger output, gate input, and manual trigger mode.
