HP / Keysight / Agilent 54753A Overview
Plug-in module with a 20-GHz channel and an 18-GHz channel. Compatible with the Agilent 54750A, 83480A and 86100A/B/C mainframes. This plug-in has a built-in TDR step generator. The addition of the second vertical channel provides capability of performing single-ended TDT measurements as well as TDR measurements.
