The Agilent E5340A 1/4-flexible Adapter is for 144-pin, 0.5 mm/0.65 mm Pitch TQFP and PQFP/CQFP processors. Quarter flex adapters bring the signals from the elastomeric probe adapter to general-purpose headers for easy connection to logic analysis systems, oscilloscopes or other test equipment.
