The Agilent E5850A time correlation fixture allows you to make time-correlated measurements between an Agilent logic analyzer and oscilloscope. The E5850A works in conjunction with the 16900 Series and 1680/90 Series logic analyzers, and any Agilent Infiniium Series or 6000 Series oscilloscopes, to deliver the features listed below.

For trigger deskew between your oscilloscope and logic anlyzer, the E5850A offers a convenient three step automated process to ensure you get perfectly time aligned measurements.
