IET 1690 Overview
The 1690 Dielectric Sample Holder is of the Hartshorn and Ward type, used for the measurement of dielectric constant, dissipation factor, and volume resistivity of 2-inch-diameter, or less, disks of dielectric material in accordance with ASTM test method D-150. It is suitable for any flat sample whose largest diameter is not over 2 inches and whose thickness is not over 0.3 inch. For use with Capacitance Bridges.
