Keithley Instruments 427 Overview
The Keithley 427 Current Amplifier provides high gain, low noise, current suppression, and high speed. The 427 features 8 decade ranges from 10E+4 V/A to 10E+11 VA. Current suppression features permit examination of small currents in the presence of larger steady currents. Applications using scanning electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, and photomultiplier systems can be used with the 427 for enhanced measurements of small component signals.
