Keithley Instruments 7164A Overview
The Keithley 7037D Single-Pole Relay Switching Card provides 30 independent channels of 1-pole Form A switching, plus 20 digital channels for monitoring and control applications. Each relay channel can switch up to 1A, and offers <100pA offset current and <4µV contact potential for wide dynamic range without sacrificing low-level switching integrity. Relays are designed for 100,000,000 cold switching closures.
