Differences between TLA5000B's and the TLA5000's are performance related. The acquisition memory for the TLA5000B series has a standard depth of 2MB with options to increase it to 8MB and 32MB. The TLA5000 series had a standard depth of 512k with options to increase it to 2MB and 8MB. Also the imbedded PC controller in the TLA5000B series is a 2.93GHz Celeron, 512MB of DDR2 and an 80GB SATA hard drive. The TLA5000 series has 2.0GHz Celeron, 512MB of DDR and an 80GB ATA hard drive.
