The Newport UZM80MS.1 Vertical Linear Stage is a high-load bearing, High-Resolution vertical motion stage with 4mm of movement. Utilizing an opposing wedge design, this stainless steel stage can be used to support a load of up to 30 pounds. With the vernier actuator, you can directly read motions of 0.1 micron, or by using the built-in incremental shaft encoder, you can use the included Newport CV1000 digital readout to read with .0001 inch or .001mm resolution. The top stage holes are drilled and tapped with a metric M4 thread.
