The Agilent E5361A Elastomeric Probe Adapter is for 144-pin, 0.65 mm Pitch PQFP/CQFP processors. Agilent Elastomeric probe adapters offer a simple means of connecting to PQFP and TQFP packages with minimal ''keep out'' area. The rugged elastomer material makes redundant contact with each pin, ensuring a trouble-free electrical and mechanical connection.
