Lecroy AP030 Overview
The HP Agilent 1153A Differential Probe is a 1X FET probe with 200MHz bandwidth and 3000:1 CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio). It is designed for use with HP Infiniium Oscilloscopes. The probe has high-input resistance of 1 Mohm and low-input capacitance of 7 pF to minimize circuit loading. The unit is compatible with the AutoProbe Interface which provides power and completely configures the Infiniium Oscilloscope for the probe. Input coupling include dc, dc with variable offset, and lf reject. Two attenuators, 10X and 100X are provided to expand the linear differential input range to ±30 V.
