Rohde and Schwarz SMIQ06ATE Overview

The Rohde-Schwarz SMIQ06ATE Signal Generator is a version of the SMIQ06B designed for ATE environments. The SMIQ06ATE Signal Generator offers a variety of modulation options for today's testing needs from 300 kHz to 6.4 GHz. Using Digital Signal Processor (DSP) technology, the SMIQ06ATE produces high accuracy broadband digital modulation signals supporting a variety of digital radio protocols. The SMIQ06ATE features a broadband I/Q modulator with excellent vector accuracy. Analog modulation is also provided making the SMIQ06ATE an excellent choice to support current and future testing needs. The SMIQ06ATE is fully programmable via IEEE, and has no manual front panel display.
