Advantest R17303 Overview


When connected to a spectrum analyzer, network analyzer or FFT analyzer with a built-in tracking generator, the R17303 EMI probe set can be used to measure the electromagnetic field with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 1 GHz. If the thickness of the sample is 5 mm or less, it can be measured without taking the shape and material into consideration. For example, it can measure the shield effect of weaved shielding material.
