HP / Keysight / Agilent 1631D Overview
The 1631D provides a 50 MHz dual trace digitizing oscilloscope, a 25 MHz 35 channel state analyzer, and a 100 MHz timing analyzer in a single instrument. HP-IB and HP-IL interfaces provide communications to external disk drives for data storage or hard copy output. Microprocessor support with 10269A/B interfaces and 103XX probes. With increased channel width now includes 43 state and 16 timing channels.
