The 8165A Programmable Signal Source can meet your many signal source requirements. Versatility is provided in programmable sine, triangle, pulse, ramp and square waveform outputs. Frequency range from 0.0001Hz to 50MHz, with an accuracy of ±0.001% and voltage ranges from 10.0 mV p-p to 10.0 V p-p and 2.00 V p-p to 20.0 V p-p. Operating modes are Normal, VCO (external), Triggered, Gated, Burst, FM and AM. Fully programmable via the front-panel or HP-IB interface.
